Introductory Private Session
The best way to get started here at Westport Pilates is with Private Sessions. Whether or not you’ve done Pilates in the past, this private session introduces you to the way we work and gives us the opportunity to assess your needs so we can help you improve your body, mind and soul. We are not a gym, no membership fees are involved and you get what you pay for. We recommend working one on one with our expert instructors for a minimum of 3 months before joining semi-privates or group classes.
Private Sessions
Conducted one-on-one with the instructor, private sessions are geared to the individual’s specific needs and abilities . The instructor draws from a vast collection of exercises on the apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector) as well as the mat.
Duets
A fun and economical way to work out with a friend or family member on the Pilates equipment. Enhances motivation, commitment and accountability to fitness goals.
