Private sessions are one-on-one workouts with an instructor, and are the most ideal way to begin incorporating Pilates into your life – both as exercise and as a way of moving through the world. All of the equipment in the studio is available for your tailored workout and you receive a great amount of individual attention, and also take ownership of your workout.
Duets and Trios are an excellent choice once you’ve developed an understanding of the Pilates work, are comfortable with the equipment, and have a connection with your own body and workout.
Group Reformer/Tower Classes
For those well versed in the Pilates Method and free of injuries, our small group classes are a great way to get in an extra workout. Limited to 5 participants, students will get to use both Reformers and Towers. Enrollment in Level II classes by invitation only.
Traditional Pilates mat work consists of 34 full-body movements done in a specific order, with control, precision, fluidity, and ease.
The mat exercises, when done in their entirety, are very challenging and are geared toward the advanced student.
Our Open Level group class is a great way for beginners to start but Intermediate and Advanced students also benefit as they strengthen their foundation with the basic and intermediate exercises.
We highly recommend that new clients complete 5 private sessions before taking a group class or joining a duet session.
